What makes Pott candles different from standard candles?
Our candles are designed with sustainability in mind. Each candle features a hand-thrown ceramic 'Pott' that is designed to be kept forever and refilled with our custom wax inserts, reducing waste and supporting local artisans.
How do I use the candle refills?
Once your current candle has finished, simply clean out any remaining wax from your ceramic Pott with warm soapy water. Slide in a new wax refill, light the wick, and enjoy your fresh scent.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Because our ceramic Potts are handcrafted, please allow for a 48-hour processing window before your order is dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our ceramic Potts and refills worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your ceramic Pott arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately with a photo for a free replacement.
