At Pott Candles, we want you to love your scent and vessel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used candles and custom-filled pots cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Carefully wrap your unused candle or vessel in its original protective packaging to ensure it arrives back at our studio without any damage.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
